Established in 2002, Shenzhen Tensen Electronics specializes in the R&D, production and marketing of earphones for mobile phones, PCs and communication applications. Our products are sold to Hong Kong, Taiwan, South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.
We have two factories with 1,200 and 3,000 square meters and 150 staff backed up by six injection molding machines, three assembly lines, three processing lines and two packaging lines. Furthermore, we have special production machines such as welding torches, tin stoves, ovens, punch presses, high-frequency machines and powder machines bought from Taiwan. Our production capacity monthly is 150,000 pieces of MP3/MP4 earphones and 90,000 pieces of mobile phone earphones.
We have six R&D engineers and our own molding factory that houses 10 sets of plastic molds and more than 100 sets of plug molds. We can design two new products monthly and can design new products according to the customer's requirement in just three to seven days.
30 QC staff utilize sweep generators, earphone integrated testers, oscilloscopes, audio device testers, audio sweep signal generators and multimeters to ensure our products comply with ISO 9001:2000.
